FormWork Human Capital Ltd (“FormWork”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us or purchase our digital resources.
This notice explains, at a practical level, what information we may receive through this website, why we use it and the third-party services that may process information when you choose to use them.
Information you provide directly
You may provide information when you contact FormWork, submit an enquiry or use an external purchase or registration link. Depending on the interaction, this can include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and the information you include in your message.
Please do not submit confidential employee records, sensitive personal information or documents relating to an individual employment dispute through the general website enquiry form unless FormWork has specifically asked you to do so through an agreed channel.
How we use enquiry information
We use information submitted through the website to:
- respond to enquiries;
- understand the service or resource you are interested in;
- communicate about a potential or existing engagement;
- administer a request you have made; and
- maintain appropriate business records.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Website and form providers
The website is hosted using Netlify infrastructure. The contact form currently uses Formspree to process form submissions. When you submit the form, information is transmitted through that service so FormWork can receive and respond to your enquiry.
If the final website uses analytics or other measurement tools, this notice must be updated before launch to explain the relevant technology and choices available to visitors.
Purchases and external forms
Purchases of the FormWork HR Toolkit and access to the free Employment Contract may take place through Selar. Selar processes the information required for its checkout and delivery flow under its own privacy terms.
Where FormWork links to another external form or registration service in future, information entered into that service would be processed under the provider’s own privacy terms in addition to FormWork’s use of the information for the purpose stated on the form. This notice will be updated if such a service is introduced.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram
If you contact FormWork or interact with FormWork through WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram, the relevant platform processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep business correspondence and enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage a potential or existing business relationship, or to meet legitimate record-keeping obligations. Information that no longer needs to be retained should be deleted or securely disposed of in line with FormWork’s internal practices.
Security
FormWork takes reasonable steps to protect information within its control. No website, email or third-party online service can guarantee absolute security, so confidential employment information should be shared only through channels agreed for the relevant engagement.
