Consulting and advisory services
Descriptions of services on the website explain the general nature of FormWork’s work. A consulting or advisory relationship does not begin simply because you use the website, send a general enquiry or read an Insight article. The scope, fees, responsibilities and other terms of a client engagement are agreed separately.
HR Toolkit and digital resources
FormWork’s HR Toolkit and other downloadable resources are practical starting materials intended to be adapted to the organisation using them. A template cannot account for every business, employee or legal situation.
Purchases completed through Selar are also subject to the checkout, delivery and other terms displayed by that platform or in the relevant product listing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website copy, FormWork brand material, original articles and FormWork-created resources are owned by or licensed to FormWork Human Capital Ltd. Website content may not be copied, republished, sold or presented as another person’s or organisation’s work without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Rights to purchased Toolkit documents are governed by the product terms supplied with the resource. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the FormWork brand or underlying intellectual property.
Accuracy and updates
FormWork aims to keep website information useful and accurate, but HR, tax, pension, employment and regulatory requirements can change. A publication date or update date should be considered when relying on an article for general information.
Where a matter is important to a current business decision, verify the current rule and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.
